Your role as a Back Office Administrator will be responsible for a countable operation in USA as well as in Chile. You will be in charge of the billing, treasury and collection process. Also your mission is bring to the company the knowledge about new process and practices to work that allow support the business growth.

You will have to Develop and manage monthly financial reports, projections and tracking key metrics such as churn, gross margin, burn rate, etc. Developing a logic for company-wide KPIs, managing collection and reporting of these KPIs.

Also will be a responsable for maintain company systems to optimize around remote working contexts across all areas: SaaS tools, account relationships with lawyers/accountants/tax advisors/other professional service providers in Chile, Argentina, and the United States.

It is essential that you have a bilingual level of English, with a deep knowledge and experience working with the USGAAP and also is desirable that you know the Chilean countable system. Is very important feel comfortable with: Quickbooks, DocuSign, Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, Stripe. For this position you can live in any country of Latam Region!!.
