We are looking for a skilled HR manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.
The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services.
Managing local HR process and updating procedures when necessary
Overseeing the performance of the HR local team
Maintaining records and establish KPI´s.
Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues.
Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Provides HR policy guidance and interpretations.
Develops contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers.
Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with HR local and regional teams to develop solutions, programs and policies.
Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
Assists international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.
5+ Experience as a Human Resources Manager or Business Partner
Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation & benefits practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, performance and talent management, and organizational culture improvement.
Knowledge of the labour laws and screening
Familiar with MS Office
Great leadership skills
