About the Role

We are looking for a skilled HR manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes to ensure business needs and proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.

The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services.


Responsabilities

  • Talent Management in different business sites.

  • Managing local HR process and updating procedures when necessary

  • To be a business partner aligning the strategy of the people area towards organizational objectives.

  • Overseeing the performance of the HR team

  • Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.

  • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues.

  • Works closely with managers and employees to improve work relationships.

The Ideal Candidate is

  • 5+ Experience as a Human Resources Manager or Business Partner

  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation & benefits practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, performance and talent management, and organizational culture improvement.

  • Knowledge of the labour laws and screening

  • Familiar with MS Office

  • Great leadership skills

  • Effective communication skills

  • BA/BSc in Human Resource Management or a related field
