Your role as a Customer Success will have the challenge to oversee the client’s loyalty maintaining the relationships mainly in the Investment Bank sector of the United States. You will be responsible for the on boarding process of new accounts, ensuring that clients receive the resources and assistance necessary to achieve their goals. You will provide advice for purchase decisions and also add added value to new users after the sale is closed. You will monitor KPIs and business results, anticipating customer needs, capturing opportunities and being the link between other areas of the company. In short, you will lead the client's success strategy within this ambitious company.

It is essential that you have a bilingual level of English, given that your clients will be native speakers. It is desirable that you have experience in areas such as investment banking with international banks, mainly for US or Europe, or experience working in strategic consulting.
